My career path has been anything but traditional. After graduating with a Systems Engineering degree in 1999 during the height of the dot-com boom, I was hired by a large pharmaceutical company in Montreal. During my 12-year tenure, I climbed the proverbial corporate ladder and eventually became head of Information Systems for the North American division. I was fortunate to have worked with some truly amazing people and was able to travel all over the world for business. In 2012, I made a decision to leave office politics to pursue my own entrepreneurial dreams. Several businesses spawned from there including an IT consulting firm for healthcare companies, mobile app development (for wine enthusiasts and a diabetes app for Toronto General Hospital), operating an Amazon e-commerce business and of course real estate investing.
I have helped facilitate the buying and selling process of homes for friends and family and acted as their pseudo-agent for years before realizing how much I enjoyed the entire process and knew this was something I wanted to pursue full time. Naturally, a few years ago, I received my REALTOR® license and more recently achieved my Broker status.
Hard work has been at the forefront of my entire life. Growing up in an immigrant family and having lived in Kitchener for over 25 years, my folks instilled this core value in me and it has been deeply rooted in my DNA.
During the buying and/or selling transaction, there are numerous steps involved that can create high levels of stress and require a lot of work. When representing my clients, they can rest assured that my hard work mentality will aim to take the stress and mystery out of the buying and selling process so they can easily make better, more informed decisions.
I take the time to work with home buyers and sellers along with property investors and families that want to relocate into or within the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas, offering them help to understand home values, community neighbourhoods and schools where they choose to raise their family.
Technology has changed the way Real Estate is transacted, and there is no doubt that my clients have benefited from improved efficiencies with my technical know-how. I will help my clients bridge the technology gap for a smoother buying and selling experience.
