My Experience

Unlike many others who spent numerous years in other careers before transitioning into real estate, I have wanted to be in the real estate industry for as long as I can remember. In high school, I started reading books on real estate, sales and investing, and from that moment on I was completely hooked and knew that there was no other career for me. In saying that, it does take time to obtain a real estate license and to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

I worked for a top agriculture communications agency in a business development role directly after finishing my Bachelor of Commerce degree. This allowed me to expand my communication, negotiation and creativity skills while obtaining my license. However, I could only stay away from the industry for so long - from there, I started in new build sales and my love for the industry skyrocketed to heights I didn’t believe were possible to reach.

My Approach

My approach is as simple as they come - put clients first, learn/improve every day, and always be the hardest worker in the room.

Putting clients’ interests first is paramount in any business. As Realtors, we are in the service/relationship business, without loyal clients we would be out of business. Therefore, making sure everyone I work with is served to the highest level means EVERYTHING to me.

I am a firm believer that it is impossible to know too much. For that reason, I am constantly learning and improving myself. This can come in many forms: training, courses, books, anything that will help my clients.

Ever since I was a kid I have been obsessed with being the hardest worker in the room. When I got into the real estate industry that didn’t change.

Knowledge on New Builds

  • Having started my career in new build sales and making the transition to focusing on both residential resale and new build sectors, I have been able to evolve into a hybrid agent that has a more comprehensive picture of the entire market.

Integrity and Honesty

  • Nothing is more important to me than my integrity. Whether it is the good, the bad or the ugly, I always tell my clients the truth and act in their best interest and not my own. I didn’t get into real estate to simply use people to complete transactions, I got into it to build life-long relationships.

Attention to Detail

  • I am obsessed with making sure every last detail is perfect. Whether that is ensuring your home shows the best it can or that your offer has the best terms and conditions possible. I truly believe that it is the little things that make the biggest difference.
