My Experience

When my family and I made the move to the Waterloo region, I knew we made a great choice. It’s a great community and we enjoy taking advantage of the beautiful conservation areas in the Summer. This is quite different than what we were used to in Toronto! I can’t say enough good things about our move from Toronto to the KW area. The experience of “walking in the shoes” of what so many individuals are doing today, has allowed me to really relate to what it's like to be in our market. It’s an exciting time to live in the area and to be part of the Real Estate Industry! I spent most of my post-graduate life advocating for children and youth, helping families connect with their communities and supporting them with various needs. Building relationships is key when working with others and I respect the trust that others have invested in me.

My Approach

Real Estate. Made. Simple. Dealing with one of or maybe your biggest investment in life can be very stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to take the edge off and make it enjoyable while arming you with the tools needed to make informed decisions. It's about providing high-quality service, going above and beyond and building long term relationships.

Genuine

  • I am open and honest. Frankly, it would be quite difficult to build trusting relationships with my clients if I wasn't. I would not want any of my clients making some of the most important decisions of their lives without having the information they need to make it a good one.

Passionate

  • I love what I do and I take pride in being able to help those I work with pursue their dreams and achieve their goals. It doesn't matter if you are a first-time homebuyer, experienced investor, growing family or empty nester, I'd be honoured to be part of your journey.

Understanding

  • I follow the real estate market and analyze it daily. I know what just hit the market, what sold, what's up and coming and its trends. It's pretty obvious that as a Realtor, I should know that information. However, its not just about understanding the market. It's also about knowing what your clients' needs are, what is most important to them and what they value most. It is also my job to find the solution that fits.
