When my family and I made the move to the Waterloo region, I knew we made a great choice. It’s a great community and we enjoy taking advantage of the beautiful conservation areas in the Summer. This is quite different than what we were used to in Toronto! I can’t say enough good things about our move from Toronto to the KW area. The experience of “walking in the shoes” of what so many individuals are doing today, has allowed me to really relate to what it's like to be in our market. It’s an exciting time to live in the area and to be part of the Real Estate Industry! I spent most of my post-graduate life advocating for children and youth, helping families connect with their communities and supporting them with various needs. Building relationships is key when working with others and I respect the trust that others have invested in me.

It's pretty obvious that as a Realtor, I should know that information. However, its not just about understanding the market. It's also about knowing what your clients' needs are, what is most important to them and what they value most. It is also my job to find the solution that fits.
