My Experience

I knew from a young age that I wanted a career that I was passionate about. In the course of my life, I quickly realized that for me, this was real estate.

I have been a part of the real estate industry since graduating from the University of Guelph in 2012. I began my career in the student housing sector, as a leasing agent for a High-Rise student housing Developer in Waterloo. Over my 5 years with the company I progressed to the role of General Manager for over 4000 beds. It was at this time I decided to begin pursuing my real estate license. Through hard work, and passion for the industry, I purchased my first investment property. 

I then made the transition from student housing and began managing a portfolio of real estate assets for a private investor. Currently, I am managing a large portfolio of both commercial and multi-family properties in Kitchener/Waterloo and Tampa Florida. This has taught me the invaluable skills associated with asset management.

My Approach

I approach every transaction as an investment for my clients. Whether it is the purchase of a home to raise their family in, or a multifamily development I treat every purchase and sale with the same level of care and due diligence. I believe agents should approach real estate with the goal of educating their clients so they can make the best decision for their unique needs. I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to help my clients in all their real estate needs.

My Difference

Passion
The average person spends over 90,000 hours of their life working. Ideally, we should spend these hours doing something we enjoy. I consider myself fortunate to have found that with real estate. Being passionate about the industry and excited to wake up every morning and go to work means I am a more effective and productive agent. It means that I will go out of my way to go achieve a goal for my clients, not only because it is my job, but because it also personally brings me joy.

Mastery
One of the things I love about real estate is that it’s a constantly changing industry, and there are always new things to learn. I am always striving to stay informed and up to date to be a valuable resource for my clients. Through things such as regularly attending training sessions, striving to stay informed as to changes in the local market or global economy, and learning from personal experience, I provide a unique skillset and added value for my clients.

Honesty
I am often told that I am honest even when it is to my detriment. As your agent, I can assure you I will always provide an honest answer or opinion to your questions. If I do not have an answer for you, I will be upfront about that, and then strive to find the information for you. With me, you will always receive honest information and feedback and not need to worry about just being told what you want to hear.
