My Experience

For a long time, the attainment of post-secondary and post-graduate education was my way of measuring success. After graduating from the University of Toronto with an Honors Bachelor of Sciences, and then from Ryerson University with a post-graduate degree in Public and Occupational Health, I felt there was still something missing. Initially, I thought it must be because I had yet to find a job and build a career for myself. But after a few years of working, it dawned on me. What I needed wasn’t a degree or a job—I needed to follow my passion and turn it into a career. Ever since I was a child that passion was, and always will be, houses, renovations, décor, interior design, and anything even remotely related to real estate.

Steve Jobs once said that “you can’t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backward, so you have trust that the dots somehow will connect in the future; you have to trust in something, your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path, and that will make all the difference.” I believe that my dots all have aligned to take me down the exciting career path of real estate.

My experience you ask? In my early twenties, I managed more than 100 employees in 7 Tim Hortons franchises across the GTA. I then graduated from two top-ranking Universities at the top of my class, while working 40 hours a week to afford tuition and living expenses. Afterward, I became a construction manager, which allowed me to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge in the field of inspections, construction, building, and all levels of operations. Because of my past work experience, I understand the value of proper customer service and the value of delivering products on time and on budget.

My Approach

In life, any change is difficult but necessary for growth. Buying and selling real estate requires guts, planning, and a competent Realtor. I understand what it takes to buy and sell homes; I understand the stress that is involved, and I am keen on trusting the process, making my clients trust it too, and making the journey as smooth as possible. I keep a smile on at all times and do what is necessary to ensure that the deal gets done the right way. I do this by being on top of everything, and being attentive to the smallest of details. I am very direct, personable, easy to talk to, and emotionally intelligent. I am quick to understand client needs, and I work hard to make them happy as they look with enthusiasm towards any real estate transaction.

My Difference

Tenacious:

  • I won’t give up until you, the client, is satisfied. I will keep pushing, problem-solving, and remove all obstacles to make sure you have not only successfully bought or sold your home, but that you remain happy during the whole process.

  • You need a realtor who you can trust, who does not hold back, and who tells it like it is. I am a people person; I understand that we are all connected, and your success is my success. I carry my heart on my sleeve, and I will treat your interest and well-being as if they were mine.

  • With my keen attention to detail, you will never have to worry about the process of buying or selling. I have a solid work ethic, I am meticulous, on time, and always prepared: I’m ready for anything!
