My Experience

Real estate runs through my blood. I am the 3rd generation in a family of real estate boss babes and feel so grateful to have these mentors in my life. Coming from a real estate and development family means you move…. a lot. It also means you develop a nuanced understanding of the buying/selling/renting/building process.

I have a deep-rooted love for all of the places I’ve called home including Montreal, Collingwood and now- Waterloo. I’ve lived in KW for almost 10 years, and I’m definitely a lover and advocate of all things #kwawesome.
My desire to learn is what brought me to Waterloo- to study at Canada’s #1 ranked comprehensive research university. There’s no question that my background in science and research has given me an analytical edge in real estate… numbers don’t scare me!

What drew me away from science and into the world of real estate was the thrill of completing my own transactions. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, or taking on a fixer-upper- I can relate to the stress and excitement that accompanies each of these processes.

My Approach

My approach is simply based on authenticity, honest communication and providing exceptional value. I am passionate about developing strong relationships with clients and that means truly understanding their life story, putting their needs and wants first, and providing them with the knowledge and education they need to make informed decisions.

My Difference

Analytical

  • Scientist turned Realtor®- doesn’t sound like an obvious transition. However, analytics are a huge and inevitable part of any real estate transaction. My ability to analyze and interpret data, use evidence to inform decision-making and crunch numbers comes in handy in those more intimidating, number-driven real estate situations.

Keen eye

  • Design, decorating, and interiors have always been my creative outlet. I am passionate about helping sellers put their best foot forward through staging and professional photography, and helping buyers envision the design potential in their new space.

Communication

  • Open and honest communication in real estate is key. I’m all about breaking down the details for my clients in a digestible, transparent and timely fashion. And if English isn’t your thing… I’m happy to do it in French.
