My Experience

One of my guiding principles in life is to have fun and be passionate about whatever it is that you are doing. My journey to the world of Real Estate has been anything but ordinary. Growing up in Hamilton, I spent most of my childhood playing hockey and hanging out with my friends. When asked what I was aspiring to be when I became an adult, my answer at the time was to play in the NHL or develop superpowers. Needless to say, neither happened (though I'm still holding out hope on those superpowers!). It was at my Grade 12 graduation, where I had received the school's Marketing/Sales Award, that I knew that I had discovered my talents and passion for a career in Marketing & Sales. From there, I had achieved 2 College Diplomas in Marketing and Business, and a University Degree in Business in just 4 years, each accompanied by a myriad of awards and achieving the highest grade point average for each program.

Utilizing my education, I found myself employed with one of the world's top Consumer Packaged Goods companies in 2008, which introduced me to my new Territory: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph! This has allowed me to travel extensively throughout the Region and develop an extensive knowledge of each city and the beauty that each possesses. Furthermore, this leads to me purchasing my first detached home in Cambridge. And this, my friends, is where my love for the Real Estate Industry truly began. I was so enthralled with the process of buying my first home that I would go down the rabbit hole and research every aspect of the market. My Realtor even said that I would be a perfect fit for this industry. I just laughed and shrugged it off. Fast forward a few years, and I had met my wife Darci, a devout Guelphite! After we got married, we sold our home in Cambridge and moved to the South end of Guelph. We used the same Realtor and much like before, I fell down that rabbit hole! And again, my Realtor said that I would be a perfect fit for this industry.

Which brings us full circle to being passionate and having fun in what you are doing. One of my favourite things, besides making myself smile, is seeing the smile and joy that I can bring to others. Whether buying or selling a home, my goal is to strive to make your experience the absolute BEST by providing exceptional knowledge, service, and dedication.

Building a solid relationship with my clients on the pillars of Respect, Empathy, Listening, and Trust. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful and daunting experience for many. However, it doesn't have to be. Having a knowledgeable Realtor that will truly listen to your wants and needs, coupled with 12+ years of being extremely well versed in contract negotiation and data analytics, I strive to ensure that my clients are well informed and taken care of every step of the way.
