Growing up I always looked up to my parents. My mother was a teacher and my father was in sales. They both valued relationships and being personable, which are values they instilled in me. After high school, I obtained my Bachelors of Education and set out on my journey, teaching in Beijing, China. I spent 7 years there building relationships and being personable, carving out an amazing life. It was there that I met my wife Megan and welcomed our daughter Quinn.
Moving back to Canada prompted me to explore my passion for real estate. It has always been an interest of mine and I enjoyed the building relationships aspect of sales that my father taught me. I am drawn to how real estate would allow me to help people, build lifelong relationships, and share my passion for education.
Buying or selling a house, especially your first one is an emotional experience no matter how many times you do it. I am here to make it a positive one. I believe it is my job to be a cool and calm influence. I am going to communicate for you and with you every step of the way, ensuring that I’m there for you when you need me the most.
I was a teacher for 7 years and I want to carry that skillset into real estate. Not only do I want to guide you through the buying and selling process but I want to educate you as well. I don’t want you to lose sleep over any aspect of the deal and I want you coming out the other side with more knowledge than when you started.
Being a great husband and amazing father is my number one priority in life. If you are looking to upgrade your current living situation because you're starting your family, growing it, or need that bigger backyard to set up that swing set I’ve been there and know the feeling.
Research and Data-Driven
I regard research and data as a major part of being a successful Realtor and those are two things that I excel at. Some people dislike those things but I feel it helps me to maintain an edge with relevant, timely information. I am on top of market trends in the Waterloo Region and Ontario and am always trying to better myself so I can be the best realtor.
