My Experience

Following graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tehran, I worked in residential construction as a Construction Site Engineer for three years. I worked as the Head of Construction Site and a Senior Engineer/Builder during 1983-1998. As a builder, I dealt directly with consumers, gaining valuable knowledge and first-hand experience in the real estate business. I moved to Canada in 1998 and worked in the construction industry to get to know the Canadian residential and commercial construction fields in preparation for a career in in residential and commercial real estate.

I joined Royal LePage Royal City Realty in 2002. I was recognized for my expertise in real estate business and client service by being awarded each year the "Royal LePage President’s Gold Award". This honour is awarded to the Top 10% of Royal LePage brokers/sales representatives across the nation. In addition, I received the "Royal LePage Life Time Award of Excellence" in 2011.

After 12 years of success at Royal LePage Royal City Realty, where I gained invaluable experience in real estate and served many satisfied clients, I joined TrilliumWest in 2015 to capitalize on its innovative approach and client-centered services.

I have lived in Guelph for the past 15 years and have developed a significant insight into characteristics of each neighborhood and what it has to offer. As long-term residents of Guelph, my wife, who is a partner with Guelph Midwives, and I have been involved in various community initiatives and have strived to serve the Guelph community.

My Approach

Purchasing a home is the largest single investment that almost every person makes over the course of their life. This makes the process of buying or selling stressful for many. I always attempt to take the stress off my clients and make the process as smooth and easy as possible. Bringing a smile to clients’ faces is priceless!.

  • My clients have trust in me. There is no success in this business if there is no trust. It is one of my most important assets. I work hard to earn and keep my clients’ trust.


  • Real estate business requires lots of patience, which is one of my strengths. It does not matter how long the process takes to find you the right home: I will be there to assist you and provide advice and service. I always want happy clients.


  • A combination of my background in Civil Engineering, experience in construction field, and a dozen years of experience in real estate sales and services in Guelph have enabled me to gain an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the community, excel in real estate business, and serve my clients effectively and efficiently.


  • I speak Persian (Farsi) as well as English.
