Having lived in the Waterloo Region all my life, I have seen a lot of changes and growth over the years. I can certainly relate to people when they say this area is a wonderful place to work, get an education, and raise your family. There are so many opportunities here that contributed to my growth as an individual and people who I met along the way that I trust and count on in every given situation. I have worked in many different industries such as parks and recreation, customer service, food services, banking, home renovations, and retail sales. I have purchased and sold many homes during that time and went back to school to become a REALTOR®. Being a property owner myself, combined with 30 years of working with people, getting my REALTOR® license, understanding finances, and my background in sales, I grew a passion for real estate. I found enjoyment in helping people find a home, guiding them to that next level of living by recognizing true home potential after some simple cost-effective renovations, care, and attention. This is how I became a REALTOR®.

I believe in strong lasting relationships built on trust and understanding. I also see the value in making good decisions quickly, given the market conditions, and the pressures that come with that. Experiencing similar pressures, I find being calm, cool, and collected right from the start reduces stress levels for all parties involved. Sharing information from my own experiences, excellent communication, staying on top of market trends, understanding how to negotiate, and having an eye for a property with true potential goes a long way!
