My Experience

I became a REALTOR in 2005 after working in marketing & administration for over 20 years. After 17 years on a lovely rural property raising our family, we moved to Eden Mills in 2008. Tom, my husband, came on board in 2015 to continue to build a strong real estate business.

We are both very active in the Eden Mills community as a volunteers. I am able to share my marketing skills volunteering for the non-profit that is center-piece in this thriving small community. Coordinating membership, keeping members informed and organizing fund-raisers are all tasks I enjoy doing for the Eden Mills & District Community Club.

Rural properties present different challenges when buying & selling compared to homes on municipal systems. Living rural for over 25 years, and selling a large percentage of rural properties provides us with the experience our clients count on. Whether it is a vacant lot, a rural residential property or larger home with acreage we know the ins & outs when preparing & reviewing offers and establishing market value.

My Approach

Whether you are buying or selling, knowing your goals is my top priority in order to map the way to accomplishing them together. Ideally we start with a sit-down get-to-know each other meeting in the office, to start building a trusting relationship. We’ll review the basics, and a strategy to move forward.
