My Experience

Being born and raised in Guelph has afforded me the opportunity to see, first-hand, the way in which this beautiful city is growing and continually changing. I’ve had an interest in real estate since an early age, where I found success as a 14-year old designing and undertaking residential landscaping projects.

By the age of 19, upon graduating from Bishop Macdonell High School, I enrolled in the B.Comm - Real Estate and Housing (REH) Honours program at the University of Guelph. In depth courses focused on economics, mortgages, valuation/appraisal, and investment analysis, to name a few, helped lay the foundation of knowledge which I continue to exploit in my current real estate dealings.

In 2013, my career as a Realtor® began with Cushman & Wakefield, a strictly commercial real estate firm. I spent the first 3 months compiling market research and statistics, as well as supporting sales staff with comparative market analyses, listings proposals, and various reports. Finally, I completed my OREA education and became a full fledged commercial Realtor®. My core focus was intended to be Industrial sales and leasing, although I was involved in several office and retail transactions too. Ultimately, I found myself specializing in the investment side of commercial real estate. Connecting with investors, selecting properties of interest, crunching the numbers, securing the tenants, and eventually disposing of the fully-leased property at a large profit for my client was my forte.

My time as a commercial Realtor® has proven invaluable to my understanding of the real estate market as a whole, but specifically catered to the real estate investment arena. As much as I loved what I did, I felt constrained in a solely commercial environment and decided to embark on a new chapter of real estate advisory, where I can help both residential and commercial clientele alike.

My Approach

I take a systematic approach to every real estate transaction, big or small. The worst thing you can do is make an important decision without all of the facts. I work in your best interests and it is my utmost responsibility to ensure that your hard earned money is used most wisely.
