My Experience

I have been living in the East end of Guelph for the last 6 years and have fully embraced myself in Guelph’s lifestyle and culture. With the endless amounts of markets, restaurants and festivals close by there is always something new and exciting to do and learn. It has been such a fantastic community for my kids to grow up in so far, with schools near by and plenty of organized extracurricular and sporting activities available.

During the time that I have lived in Guelph I have watched how the real estate market has positively evolved. I have always had a keen eye for real estate and an interest in the market. I finally have been able to translate my acute real estate market knowledge and my passion for interior design into my dream job.

I have a degree in Economics, recently ran my own travel business and worked in the financial sector for many years. On top of having a knack for knowing what potentially can look good aesthetically in a property, I am able to run data reports that can compile real estate market values in a manner that is informative to my clients to assist them in making financial investments that make sense for them. I want to make sure that all my clients are matched up with the property that not only they are excited about but will appreciate in years to come. Nothing makes me happier than that.

My Approach

I want to get to know my clients, their lifestyle and what they care about. Once this relationship is established it is easier to match them with the property they are in search of. I am here to work in their best interest and to make sure I can match my clients with their desired piece of real estate.

  • I happen to really love this job and all aspects of real estate. I love everything from home design, learning more in-depth about various pockets in the community, to new developments or resale homes, and everything in between. This allows me to have a wealth of knowledge and better able to service a client.

  • I am a compassionate person. I want to learn about my clients and their lives. We are all unique individuals and we are all at different points in our lives. I am aware of this, accommodating, and want to work at a pace a client is comfortable with.
