My Experience

I have always loved real estate. As a child, I would beg my mom to take me to open houses with her and I would visualize how our lives might fit into that space. I was even bitten by a hamster at an open house… maybe that’s why she stopped taking me? Fast forward a few years, and my friends were asking me to go and look at potential home purchases with them. Now, I love a good underdog story. Give me a house that needs a facelift, lace up my steel toed boots and I am in! Not every property is a reno, sometimes the only new life a house needs are the happy clients I can help to put in there. The majority of my previous career life was spent in customer service (i.e. making people happy) and human resources management (i.e. negotiation, budgets, data analysis, legal jargon and most importantly, humans) and I am happy to say that I get to use these skills to further my clients’ interests. Whether you land in Guelph, Fergus, Elora or another nearby small town gem, this area has so much to offer– all the big city amenities and small town charms– it’s a great place to write the next chapter in your story.

On a personal side, I love cooking (not cleaning), dogs (especially big ones), music (any genre will do), travel and generally being a bon viveur. Humility

  • I know a lot of things, but I know that it’s pretty impossible for me to know everything. If I don’t have the information you need, I am not too proud to reach out to other experts and my amazing TW colleagues for insight. I will research the dickens out of something if it means I can provide you with the absolute best support to empower you in your decision making.

Humour

  • Your real estate dream shouldn’t turn into a nightmare. Sure, there may be a few bumps in the road, but overall it should be exciting and at least a little bit fun. There is absolutely zero reason that we can’t have a few laughs along the way.

Honesty

  • Integrity and ethics aren’t just words to me, they are my personal and professional code. It is vital to me that you and I can communicate honestly and that you feel like I truly understand where you’re coming from. It is very important to me that come closing day, you know that you made the right decision.
