I have always loved real estate. As a child, I would beg my mom to take me to open houses with her and I would visualize how our lives might fit into that space. I was even bitten by a hamster at an open house… maybe that’s why she stopped taking me? Fast forward a few years, and my friends were asking me to go and look at potential home purchases with them. Now, I love a good underdog story. Give me a house that needs a facelift, lace up my steel toed boots and I am in! Not every property is a reno, sometimes the only new life a house needs are the happy clients I can help to put in there. The majority of my previous career life was spent in customer service (i.e. making people happy) and human resources management (i.e. negotiation, budgets, data analysis, legal jargon and most importantly, humans) and I am happy to say that I get to use these skills to further my clients’ interests. On a personal side, I love cooking (not cleaning), dogs (especially big ones), music (any genre will do), travel and generally being a bon viveur.
