My Experience

My career in real estate began in new construction in the early 2000’s working on various pre-construction sites all over Ontario. Meanwhile, I went to school for advertising which led to a firm understanding of what it takes to make a house marketable as a home.
Being part of a family of builders and working on our own custom builds has also contributed to my understanding of the real life costs of renovations and improvements. This helps me in turn negotiate the best value for a home.

My Approach

A home is the biggest investment in most people’s lives. My goal is to make this experience not only worthwhile but seamless.
I will make your goals mine and will work hard to come up with strategies to make them a reality.

  • Buying or selling a home is a big deal. I am a wife, a mother, and a home owner. I’ve been there so I understand and will work hard to make this an exciting and happy experience.
    I am an easygoing person who wants to build relationships based on mutual respect, all while giving you the time and support to make decisions that are right for you!

New Construction

  • Working in new construction has allowed me to reach a multifaceted balance in regards to real estate. This experience has taught me the value of a home from the ground up. Being familiar with the process from the inside allows me to help you make the most informed decision when dealing with both resale and new construction homes.
