My Experience

My background with homes and real estate runs deep. I have worked in construction, have co-owned a home renovation company, and my father was a realtor in KW for more than 25 years. I have been helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership for more than a decade now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I was born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo. It is not only where I live, it is a community that I have always taken great pride in being a part of and I can’t think of anywhere else I would rather raise my own children than here in Waterloo region.

My Approach

When I meet new clients for the first time, I can often sense that their guard is up and that they aren’t quite sure what to expect. One of my favourite moments is when the dynamic shifts after a few minutes of conversation and they realize that I am an approachable person who is not trying to sell them something and a weight lifts from their shoulders. I prefer to collaborate directly with my clients. My goal is to get to know them as well as I can so that I can provide them with the best possible advice, tools and guidance that is specifically tailored to them and their journey in real estate. I strongly believe in transparency, accountability and holding myself to a higher standard. Real estate is more than just a job to me, it is a life-long dream of building trust and respect, and constantly striving to exceed my clients’ expectations.

  • I always joke that I am a “belt and suspenders” kind of guy when it comes to contracts. I allot a considerable amount of time to drafting and reviewing every clause and condition that is included in an offer to ensure that my clients are legally well-protected and fully understand exactly what they’re signing. After all, these contracts represent the largest investments that people make in their lives and they should be a top priority.

  • I have an ever-expanding team of trusted professionals that I work in conjunction with to make the real estate process as streamlined and stress-free as possible for my clients. I have carefully curated a list of preferred mortgage specialists, home inspectors, real estate lawyers and home stagers, as well as a cutting-edge marketing team, that can be at your service as my client.
