My Experience

Being a born and raised Newfoundlander has definitely helped me grow into the person I am today. I’ve travelled and lived in several places across Canada and am extremely fortunate to have laid my roots here in Guelph.

I have been training for a career in real estate for my entire life. I went to carpentry school at a young age and have been in and out of new builds, high rises, demolitions, and renovations for as long as I’ve been able to. In fact, my first job in Guelph was with a local contracting company.

I’ve been in the service industry as well to some capacity for as long as I’ve been old enough to work. From bartender to manager, I’ve learned what it takes to truly make an impression and build a relationship with someone to keep them coming back. It’s a pretty simple idea; treat someone as they would like to be treated.

My Approach

Listen, listen, listen. I’m sure anyone I know would vouch for my ability to actively listen. You’re the one(s) who has the needs, the expectations, and the outcome in mind for this partnership. It’s my duty first and foremost to just listen. No relationship has ever been founded without listening and understanding.
