My Experience

After growing up in Kitchener, I left in search of big city living. Fast forward 20 years, I spent most of my adult life living in metropolitan areas like Toronto and Calgary. I found myself itching to move back to the place I always said was “the perfect place to raise a family”, with my family in tow. Seeing the changes across the Region- from the growth in world-class education, science and technology hubs, the growing culinary scene, vibrant downtown core and the state-of-the-art LRT- they all help give KW the big city feel while still maintaining small-town charm. It makes it a truly special place to call home.

When it comes to customer service, I have a diverse background that includes the fashion and luxury retail industry, as well as health and government sectors. As a Realtor, this background helps me to quickly assess someone’s needs and dreams and offer them a unique, individualized experience.

My Approach

Passion, dedication, high service standards and client focus are just some of the key ingredients you can expect from working with me. A seasoned negotiator with a proven background in sales, I pride myself on getting to know my clients so that together, we can find their dream home without the added stress that can come with this monumental life decision. I understand that each client and transaction are unique, and I don’t hesitate to put my client’s interests first. Their level of satisfaction is my true measure of success. With me, it is important that my client feels confident through every step of the real estate transaction.

Integrity and Respect

  • Through my past experiences, I have found that the way to foster the best relationships is by earning trust. Being open and honest with my clients about their expectations and what they wish to achieve is paramount to gaining trust and developing our relationship. I also like to work alongside my colleagues, as opposed to against them, to make the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible, which in turn is win-win for all involved. Being authentic is something, in my opinion, that will never go out of style.

Consistent Communication

  • I have noticed one major thing that is lacking, not just in this industry, but across many service-based industries and that is communication. Working with me, you can be sure to always get prompt, consistent communication through every step of the process. I listen to the client’s needs and conduct my business for them in accordance with those needs. I pride myself on being reachable because I know just how stressful the whole buying and selling process can be. My clients will never be the ones wondering what is going on, if anything, they’ll always be aware of exactly what the next step happening is. Call, email or text- I am accessible.
