FABBIAN FINE HOMES

FABBIAN FINE HOMES

Fabbian Fine Homes is a family owned company that has been building homes since 1986. Starting off doing nothing but custom builds, this company has taken this “completely different, completely custom” approach and spent years honing its craft and priorities to the company that you see today.

FFH is very proud of the communities it has built over the past 25 years, some in smaller neighbourhood settings and others on larger estate lots. The most recent projects that FFH has embarked on is Regal Place in North Waterloo and Heritage Lake in Puslinch. Both settings offer custom built homes on much larger one third and one half acre lots.

Fabbian Fine Homes feels that being a smaller builder they have the unique ability to adapt quickly to changing styles and consumer wants. Our in-house designer will walk through the decor selection process with every client from the onset to completion of each new home they build. Our designer will introduce every client to each of our decor suppliers, maintaining a constant presence, offering guidance and input on all selections made, from lighting to flooring, and everything in-between.

Fabbian Fine Homes believes that building a hand-crafted custom home shouldn't be an overly stressful, bank breaking ordeal. Starting inclusions such as granite counters, 9’ main floor ceiling, 8’9” basement ceilings, fireplaces, newer technology such as smart home wired, upgraded heating and air systems, 7 1/4” baseboard, wood staircases with metal spindles, 10’ sliding patio door systems, Barzotti custom kitchens and more. FFH selects only the finest finishes and features making your home a signature for luxury and unbeatable comfort.

TrilliumWest is proud to work alongside Fabbian Fine Homes, building exclusive luxury estate homes in the Guelph area.
