First-time buyer heaven – The lifestyle

Considering these condos will not be built until late 2016, it’s easy to see why many first-time homebuyers would overlook the opportunity that exists at The Metalworks. We all admit it, we live in a “gratification now” kind of world. We want what we want when we want it, and that is usually sooner rather than later. But hold on, let’s not be too hasty shall we? Over the next few weeks, we will take a closer look at what the total offering is at The Metalworks, and why I think this is nothing short of first-time buyer heaven.

Most buyers have saved up for months, or even years, to gain the downpayment required to purchase their first home. After all of that hard work and diligence, they would like to see some results, some quick results. A new condo purchase can present some difficulties in their minds. Put that deposit down now and move in next year? I don’t know if I can wait that long!

I understand their dilemma, but have invested some serious thought into the opportunities presented to a first time buyer, and they are plentiful and prosperous. I need to at least get the information out there to the marketplace. Also, there are different types of first-time homebuyers that don’t all fit the ‘usual’. I will delve into these different types of potential first-time homebuyers in later blogs. For the purposes of an introductory article to the topic, let’s just focus on something obvious, the lifestyle provided to you at The Metalworks.
