It’s pretty simple - in the world of new construction, there’s plenty to know and to navigate. Wouldn't you want an experienced agent on your side to ensure you're not missing out on opportunities to get the best possible price and terms for yourself? And without costing you a dime more, wouldn’t you want someone on your side to help explain what to expect, when to expect it, and negotiate on your behalf?
Pre-construction (or new construction) can mean different things to different people. It can mean anything from purchasing a brand new townhome that you can move into next week to buying a condo on the 45th floor of a proposed building that still hasn’t got city approval and may not be move-in ready for 5-7 years.
Access to information on projects isn't always readily available - most projects are sold off the MLS system. That, and usually the most sought-after projects are sold before they get to the general public so it’s important to establish a relationship with an agent who specializes in pre-construction. That's where we come in - TW has built the relationships and the connections and we know the ins and outs of getting access for any particular project.
New construction isn’t for everyone, but with the right advice from an experienced real estate agent guiding you along the way you can be sure that you have done your due diligence to ensure the terms work out in your favour.

Holly is one of the "good ones" , and quite frankly we need more real estate agents like her in this world. She isn't doing it for the commission cheque, but instead because she wants to see people find the home that suits their lifestyle and budget perfectly. It may have took us a few months, but we found our dream home, AND it is in Cambridge.
