Lincoln Village is a quiet and mature neighbourhood located in East Waterloo.
This small community is made up of both young and middle-aged families as well as retired empty-nesters who have lived in their homes for 30+ years. Here you’ll find a mix of townhomes, semi and single detached homes, built mostly between 1960-1990, on spacious lots with mature trees.
Everyday you’ll see residents out walking their dogs and families enjoying the playgrounds at Sandowne Park and Dunvegan Park. Just a short drive to Bechtel Park and Kiwanis Park, Lincoln Village is a great place to live if being in nature is important to you. The expressway, Conestoga Mall, restaurants and multiple grocery stores are all in close proximity without disrupting the peacefulness of this neighbourhood.
Students attending public school for grades JK-6 can attend Sandowne Public School, with the option of French immersion right in their own neighbourhood. Those students will then attend Lincoln Heights Public School for grades 7-8 prior to attending Bluevale Collegiate Institute for their high school education. Catholic students of Lincoln Village will attend St. Matthew Catholic School for JK-8 and then attend St. David Catholic School for high school.
