Originally built in the early 1900s for rubber manufacturing, it later evolved into car part production in the 1950s. Since ceasing production, the building has been reinvented once more, becoming home to Google’s largest Canadian office.
Midtown is known for its peaceful streets lined with history-rich century homes. Detached homes sit on large lots with mature trees. Recently, exciting condo projects are happening including the Midtown Lofts, Station Park, Bright Building and the Spur Line Commons Condos.
