When it comes to investment, the Clairfields has been pretty tough to match for the past 15 years. Consistently witnessing double digit annual growth in property values, while only adding to its list of doorstep amenities.

Primary school children will attend either Westminster Woods PS or St. Ignatius of Loyola before moving on to Centennial CVI or Bishop Macdonell for highschool.

The Amenities

The south end is known for having ample amenities, many of which are right in The Clairfields. The neighbourhood has a grocery store, banks, several restaurants, a fitness facility and even Sleeman Brewery. Jump across the street to find even more amenities just outside of the neighbourhood, giving more restaurant and grocery options, as well as a fitness facility and movie theatre.

The Parks + Trails

In addition to the large residential and industrial areas, the last 3rd of the neighbourhood is made up of greenspace. Enjoy mother nature on walking trails through Preservation Park which extends into the neighbourhood. There is also Gosling Gardens Park in the centre of the neighbourhood offering more trails and a playground to enjoy.

Great for Commuters

With quick access to the Hanlon, it's easy to get to HWY 401 and HWY 124 from The Clairfields.
