Through my own personal real estate adventures, I have gained experience that extends far beyond the average transaction.
I have always been an investor.
My education is in finance and economics, so I had originally built my career in venture capital and angel investment following the completion of my degree. After spending eight years refining my skills in this area, I felt it was time to diversify my investments and take on some new challenges. I started building my own real estate portfolio and enjoyed every aspect of the process. From searching for the perfect property to different construction methods, property management and the all-important refinance.
When I first began this chapter of building my property portfolio, I never saw myself becoming a Realtor®. It was only after 2 years, 9 properties and 12 rental units that I found myself wanting to show others how to build their real estate portfolios. Through my own personal real estate adventures, I have gained experience that extends far beyond the average transaction. I can help my clients find hidden value in distressed properties, uncover transactional efficiency, negotiate winning deals, compare various construction methods, and most importantly, make great investments.
