My approach to real estate is the same as my approach to customer service; creating a great experience.
This is the part where I tell you all about myself. I grew up in Burlington which back then was commonly referred to as “Borington” by my peers. I am among those who remember the “new mall” and the “old mall” as the only two trendy shopping/hangout spots in town. Over the years I watched the city grow into the perfect marriage of small-town and city-life. It is now a beautiful spot and far from boring. I moved to Waterloo while attending Wilfrid Laurier University and although my time there cultivated many lifelong friends and connections, I always considered Burlington to be my home. After graduation, I accepted a position with the City of Burlington and moved back to the Hamilton-Burlington area. Now I live in the community of Waterdown nestled right between Hamilton and Burlington. I love it here and think it is a superb place to raise a family.
Home design has always been a secret passion of mine. As I progressed in my career, my passion for interior design grew. I continually sought out opportunities to flex my design muscles. My husband and I began investing in design projects of our own by buying and renovating homes. With my appetite for design and his skill in construction and home automation, together we created beautiful smart homes for some wonderful families. I fell in love with the process, so my taking the next step into real estate seemed like a no-brainer.
Real estate was an easy transition from working as a municipal civil servant for 15 years. Both careers are heavily rooted in customer service and care. I have always made sure that every client I help feels important and heard. My approach to real estate is the same as my approach to customer service; creating a great experience.
