After years of managing businesses, investment properties, and navigating numerous moves
throughout my life, I understand the stress and complexities of buying and selling a home. That
experience led me to pursue a career in real estate, where I could combine my entrepreneurial
background with my passion for helping others.
Today, I am proud to be part of TRT Real Estate, a partnership with my colleague Rob Townsend. Together, we focus on personalized service, strong client relationships, and providing hands-on support through every step of the buying and selling process. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I have taken additional training to assist seniors and their families in navigating life transitions with confidence.

I work hard to ensure my clients get the best possible outcomes, advocating for their interests while keeping the process positive and solutions-focused. Whether it’s securing the best price or navigating complex terms, I approach every negotiation with integrity and professionalism.
From market research to contracts and timelines, real estate involves countless details that can quickly become overwhelming. My strength lies in staying organized and ensuring that nothing gets overlooked. I guide my clients through each step of the process with a structured approach, making even the most complex transactions feel manageable and stress-free.
Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything I do. With Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis, I’ve supported public education and events, including serving as the keynote speaker at the 40th Annual Gala. As an active member of Zonta Guelph, I’ve held multiple board and committee positions, most recently representing Canada as a Caucus delegate. I'm deeply committed to advocacy at both the local and global levels, working to create a world where everyone can reach their full potential.
I believe the best way to experience a culture is through its food! My family and I are always up for an adventure, whether it's camping, traveling, or trying something new on the menu. We’ll taste anything at least once—Filipino, Thai, Dim Sum, Korean BBQ, Indian curries, Spanish tapas, sushi, Middle Eastern, French bistros, German, Polish—you name it! If you’re looking for
a great local restaurant recommendation, I’ve got plenty of favourites to share.
Creativity is a big part of my life, especially when it comes to making memories with my two daughters. Every Christmas, we craft something special for our family—everything from bath bombs and caramel popcorn to handmade gnomes and "indoor snowmen". We also love hunting for unique treasures at thrift shops and antique stores, often flipping our finds into one-
of-a-kind gifts or décor. For us, the fun is always in the search!
We worked with Rob and Tanya on an estate sale after our Mother passed away. Above and beyond would be an understatement to describe the service they provided. They both took time to offer their expertise prior to having a listing agreement, offered contacts in other services required to settle the estate, took care of all the staging on the home, pitched in on repairs needed..
